[APN] STAKEHOLDERS CONSULTATION WORKSHOP ON SUSTAINABLE MANGROVE-SHRIMP AQUACULTURE STANDARDS

On 06-07, September 2022, the Center for Environment and Community Assets Development (CECAD) conducted a Stakeholders Consultation Workshop on Sustainable Mangrove-Shrimp Aquaculture Standards. The Workshop is an activity of the project “Towards Sustainable Mangrove-Shrimp Aquaculture Through Capacity Building and Partnership in the Mekong River Delta” funded by the Asia-Pacific Network – APN.

[CCBO-VN003] Carry out a waste characterization study (WACS) in Ganh Dau commune

Following the project’s launch, a Waste Characterization Study (WACS) was conducted in Ganh Dau Commune—alongside a review of WWF’s prior WACS in An Thoi Ward. This 8-day activity involved 6 WACS team members, 90 local households, and 6 representatives from CECAD and CCBO.

[CCBO-VN003] AGREEMENT SIGNING CEREMONY PROJECT “PROMOTING SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY-LED SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT IN PHU QUOC ISLAND”

On August 22, 2022, CECAD, in collaboration with the People's Committee of An Thoi Ward and the People's Committee of Ganh Dau Commune, held a signing ceremony for the project “Promoting Community-Based Sustainable Solid Waste Management in Phu Quoc” under the “Clean Cities, Blue Oceans” (CCBO) Program funded by USAID.
